1 · Who this applies to

Anyone who buys from Tesmer Slats at tesmerslats.store.

2 · Your 30 days

You'll have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you'd like to return something.

3 · What we'll accept

Items need to be unused, uncut and never installed, and packed in the box they arrived in. We can't take back a sheet that's been cut, glued or put on a wall unless it's defective.

4 · Getting started

Drop us a line at contact@tesmerslats.store with your order number and what you're sending back. Expect our reply, with the address for your return, inside one business day. Please wait for that reply; boxes that arrive without warning may be refused.

5 · Paying for the trip back

Changed your mind? Then the return shipping is on you. Damaged, defective or the wrong item? Then it's on us.

6 · Getting your money back

As soon as the box is back and checked, we'll email you. Once approved, the refund heads back to the card or account you used; it can take your bank 5–10 business days to post it. We hold on to whatever you paid for Express.

7 · If it arrived damaged

Email photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you'd prefer.
