1 · Our agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Tesmer Slats. By ordering on tesmerslats.store you're agreeing to them.

2 · Confirming your order

We've accepted your order when your payment goes through and you get our confirmation email. We can still cancel it if, say, something is out of stock or a price was obviously wrong, and if we do, you'll get a full refund.

3 · What you pay

The checkout total, shipping included, is what you'll be charged. If your country adds import duty or tax that wasn't collected at checkout, that part is up to you.

4 · About the photos

We want our photos to be faithful, but no two screens show color quite the same way and wood finishes vary slightly between batches.

6 · Your account and conduct

Please keep your details up to date, don't share your password, and don't use our site for anything unlawful or meant to mislead or harm.

7 · Content ownership

Everything on this site belongs to Tesmer Slats or to whoever licensed it to us.

8 · Companies we work with

Payment processors, shipping carriers and a few website tools are provided by third parties, and their own terms apply to them.

9 · Limits on liability

Your consumer-law rights stay fully intact. Past those rights, and only as far as the law allows, indirect or consequential losses aren't something we can be held liable for.

10 · If one part fails

Should any clause turn out to be unenforceable, all the others stay in effect.

11 · Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms over time. Your order is covered by whichever version was live when you placed it.
