Delivery timeline
We'll pack your order within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is free and usually takes 7–15 business days in transit; Express is offered at checkout for a fee you'll see before paying. The shipping policy covers carriers and tracking.
Change of mind
Return anything you haven't opened up, cut or mounted within 30 days of delivery. Sheets that were cut or installed can only come back if there's a defect. Every step is in our refund policy.
Mounting notes
Ridgeline needs a dry, clean wall indoors. You'll bond it with panel glue or tacky tape; anything that carries weight, like a shelf, hooks or a lamp, has to be screwed into the wall itself.
Cleaning
Run a dry duster over the flutes now and then. For a spot, dab with a slightly damp cloth and dry it off. Harsh chemicals and scrubbing pads will dull the finish.
